Michele received her B.A. in Biology with a minor in Athletic Training from Kean University ('95) in Union, NJ. She then received her M.S. in Physical Education with a concentration in Athletic Training from Ohio University ('97) in Athens, OH.
Prior to joining the Rutgers University athletic training staff in 1998, Michele worked at Lock Haven University of Pennsylvania for one year as an Assistant Athletic Trainer and instructor in the Health Science Department.
Michele, in her eighth year at Rutgers University, currently serves as the athletic trainer for the women's soccer and softball teams, is involved with coordinating the emergency response program for the Sports Medicine Department, and is an adjunct instructor for the Kinesiology and Health Department at Rutgers University.
