David Weiss was awarded certification through the Collaborative Institutional Training Initiative (CITI Program) by the Rutgers IRB (Institutional Review Board). This certifies his knowledge in the ability to maximize the safety of subjects while conducting research.

Professional Background
David Weiss is a part-time lecturer in the SAS Department of Kinesiology and Health. He also teaches mathematics at Raritan Valley Community College.
Mr. Weiss is retired from AT&T, where he was COO of their unified messaging service after working in new concept development, market research, market segmentation and statistical analysis. He currently runs Double D Consultants.
David is an officer at two local lodges of the NJ Free and Accepted Masons. He also goes out on visits with his certified therapy dog.
Awards and Achievements
David Weiss has won several awards for speaking and was asked to take part in the 1997 Presidential Inauguration as part of the "Bridge to the Twenty-first Century."
