GRIB Graduate Student Conference 2024

The Graduate Research in Interdisciplinary Biosciences (GRIB) Graduate Student Conference was held on Thursday, April 11, 2024.

The GRIB planning committee is composed of members from each department’s respective graduate student association (GSA), with the impetus for developing both professional and communicative skills among our graduate and undergraduate student bodies, as well as strengthening the interdisciplinary relationship among the Rutgers community.

While the GRIB Conference is organized by and predominantly features the Animal Sciences, Food Sciences, Nutritional Sciences, and Kinesiology and Applied Physiology programs, we encourage involvement from individuals from related university departments, programs, and institutes. Prior conferences had participation from Biology, Plant Biology, Toxicology, Molecular Biosciences, Pharmaceutics, Cell Biology and Neuroscience, and the Brain Health Institute as well as representatives affiliated with the SEBS Office of International Programs.

Every year, the GRIB Conference is made possible through the assistance of the Rutgers GSA, in addition to the generous contributions by affiliated departments, programs, and industry sponsors.
